You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Orders ship free if the order total is greater than $49, otherwise it is a flat rate $7.99. Please expect to receive your package within 7-10 days of shipping.
At this time, we can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
